Summarizing the steps is pretty easy. You just have to have a healthy life but how?
1. Exercise
Many belittle the importance of exercising but let me tell you this, IT IS SO IMPORTANT. YOU'LL GET TALLER, HEALTHIER, AND THINNER AT THE SAME TIME. I always tell that to myself to help me motivate myself to go through exercising.
- Stretching
I have searched so many things in Google on how to grow taller and stuff like that. They always say that having a bar at home would help. You probably know monkey bars, well you're going to do the same thing, except you won't have to have multiple bars, you only need one.
Another is the Cobra Stretch. You'll have to lie on a mat, or your bed (I haven't tried it on the floor and I don't know if they would have the same results. I might as well do both) and put both your hands on the ground then push that way you'll almost look like a horizontal 'J'. I face upward and hold it for 30 seconds. I just started doing it every morning. Here's a picture:

- Stationary Bike
Although, I don't know if it would add inches to your height or something but I know it will help you be healthier and that's obviously our goal. I get happy when I reach 30 minutes on the bicycle. The trick here is to have a music device. I created a playlist just for my workout sessions and BAM! I don't even realize that I was there for half an hour. I just go with it. My last workout was when I still had my micro sd in my phone. I had a playlist there full of Taylor Swift's pop songs from her new album "Red".
I found this video on Youtube. It has more tips on how to grow taller with stretching exercises. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ol75AqPsbU
2. Eat right
Of course, looking thin is also looking a little bit taller. But would you waste that opportunity to even have that optical illusion? No, right?
Simple steps:
- Don't eat junk foods
- Do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
- Drink lots of water
- Don't eat foods with a lot of chemicals
- Have the right diet
- Don't eat too much
- Eat in front of a mirror. I eat that way so I can tell myself how hideous I look like and I'd stop eating or
- Tell your brain that you are full. It works better for me than the mirror thing. I think it's based on how you think.
- Blindfold yourself. When you blindfold yourself while eating, instead of having your eyes, your mind, and your stomach as the main organs you depend on, you'll only have your stomach and your mind. Of course, you'll feel your stomach being full and you're not tempted to eat more. I learned it from the movie "You Again".
3. Sleep well
Few words to elaborate this step. Don't sleep late. Have about 7-8 hours of sleep or even 10, it's based on your age. Whatever your age is you should just have 7-10 hours of sleep. That should do, right?
4. Skin Therapy
I started having a fun bath when I knew I will use the great soap I've been using forever. I just stopped for a couple of months. Dove! When I was in 6th grade, a friend touched my skin and asked if I use lotion, I said no (I really don't, in the past I tried to do it everyday but I always forget it. It lasted for about a week or 5 days) I told her that I use Dove and she said "Oh that's why" in another language.
5. Taking care of your hair
I get scared shampoo-ing my hair more than once a day. I have thick straight long black hair. I don't want it to lose it's thickness. When I feel like it, I put conditioner after shampoo. Don't tie your hair too tightly. Don't braid your too much, either.
6. Have the right posture
You'll gain height, a little but still look tall.
If I have more tips, I'll add it here.
Ta ta for now and God bless.

P.S. - I would love to avail this program but in this website, he says exercise would actually hinder gaining height. I don't know if it's true but exercise will keep you healthy so, it's still right for yourself but not sure if it's right for you to gain height. http://www.growtaller4idiots.com/index.php
