I can't seem to focus well on the book I'm reading for my college. There's this part with the synonyms of the commonly used words. They are so alien to me! Usually, I see words that are somehow familiar to me but I don't know what it means. But this time, they're absolute strangers! I never met them before and it will take a lot of time and drills to know them better.
I only have a few months left until the test and I should read those pages over and over again. Maybe, daily drill them for better familiarity, right? There's actually a BIG negative side when you don't know those VERY UNFAMILIAR words.
How if somebody told you something you really don't know and there's no expression on your face and you're panicking on what to say then you'll just smile and say Thank you or something like that? Isn't that kind of embarrassing and idiotic at the same time? Hahaha, I love that word, idiotic. Hey, don't get me wrong. I know that word very well so it's not part of those dizzying pages!!! It makes me think that everyone looks smart when they include deep words into their sentences. What if I don't know those words and end in a situation like that (I didn't say 'end up' because the book said it's wrong. Also 'open up')? What would I do? Smile like I always do? In a friendly or idiotic way? Nahhhh, I'll smile but I'll also have a sentence in mind because I will start a daily habit. I will read that book everyday, maybe for an hour. :)
That's all for tonight.
